We offer free returns within 21 days of the date you received it. To start a return, please contact us at CustomerService@Encouraging-Faith.com.  If the return is approved, instructions will be provided on how and where to return package to.  Please review our Refund Policy for details.  Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging before being returned to us.  All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.  Items returned to us without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately and could take up to 3-4 days for us to process. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support at CustomerService@Encouraging-Faith.com.  Orders are processed immediately in the order they are received, Monday through Friday.  If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Orders are processed in the order we receive them and are generally received fairly quickly. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, a claim with the carrier will have to be filed by the customer.  But please feel free to contact our support and we will do our best to assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.  Support can be reached at CustomerService@Encouraging-Faith.com.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We do offer gift cards in 4 denominations - $10, $25, $50 and $100.
